Guide to Making a Return

ALL RETURNS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO FULLER FILLIES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PARCEL. 'RECEIPT' IS DEFINED AS BEING BY YOU OR A NOMINATED THIRD PARTY, SUCH AS A NEIGHBOUR.

IF THIS IS NOT DONE YOUR RETURN MAY BE INVALID!

Is your purchase a gift for someone else? If so, please read our policy on the extension of the normal 14 day return period in our Terms of Business!

We supply goods to you in the correct sized package so as not to cause damage to the product; it is essential that you observe the same care when making your return. If we need to have the product prepared for onward sale we reserve the right to charge up to 15% 'restocking fee', or to refuse the return entirely if the goods are damaged.

 What do I do to make a Return?

Log into your account, go to 'Order History' (which can be accessed from the bottom of all screens) and then to 'Order History' ; select the order which has just been delivered and click the 'Details' button.

Each order has a unique code, which is on the paperwork delivered with your goods - you may need this to identify the correct order.

RETURNS STEP 1

You will see a list of the goods supplied to you on that order.

Next to each item is a check box (to the left). Check the box next to the item you wish to return, in the comments box below write the reason for your return.

RETURNS STEP 2

Next you can tell us why you wish to make the return in the box marked 'Merchandise Return'  -  Remember to tell us what you want in return - adding colour and size... when you have finished you can Click 'Make an RMA Slip' 

RETURNS STEP 3

There is a further message box called 'Add A Message'; if you want to provide feedback on the item you are returning then please use the Product Box to link the product - then we will know which product you are telling us about! If you want a replacement then you can tell us what you want here too - if you forget then just send us a 'Contact' message from the link in the footer of the pages.

RETURNS STEP 4

Click 'Send'

You have now completed the first, and most important step, to making your Return!

NOTE: You will not be able to complete this step AFTER 16 WORKING days has elapsed since the goods were delivered to you or a nominated third party; after this time, goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty; if you believe your goods are faulty please refer to the guidance  under 'Damages & Goods Not Fit for Purpose' on the 'Right to Cancel & Returns Policy' page which can be found at the bottom of every page under 'Information'.

What Happens Next?

Once you have completed this step you will see that the order status changes to 'Awaiting Package' - you are now free to return the parcel!

Please remember to enclose your completed returns form with your goods - this tells us who has made the return and what you want in replacement or refund. We have sent a blank form with your goods. We also include a Returns Address Label with all Orders dispatched - please enter the Return Number generated onto the return label and ensure it is stuck to the outer package.

We strongly recommend you send your parcel using either 'My Hermes' or 'Royal Mail' Second class as these services offer the best rates; you are not obliged to use either of these services however they do offer the best prices. PLEASE NOTE: boots should be booked at the 2-5kg weight range when using My Hermes.
