ALL RETURNS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO FULLER FILLIES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PARCEL. 'RECEIPT' IS DEFINED AS BEING BY YOU OR A NOMINATED THIRD PARTY, SUCH AS A NEIGHBOUR.
IF THIS IS NOT DONE WE MAY REFUSE YOUR RETURN!
Log into your account, go to 'My Orders' (which can be accessed from the bottom of all screens) and then to 'Order History' ; select the order which has just been delivered and click the 'Details' button.
Each order has a unique code, which is on the paperwork delivered with your goods - you may need this to identify the correct order.
You will see a list of the goods supplied to you on that order.
Next to each item is a check box (to the left). Check the box next to the item you wish to return, in the comments box below write the reason for your return.
Add a message telling us what you want in replacement (remember we will need the Product Name, Style, Size and colour) or state 'Please Refund'. If you click in the 'Product' Box you can link the message to the item you are returning, but it isn't essential!
Click 'Make an RMA Slip'
You have now completed the first, and most important step, to making your Return!
NOTE: You will not be able to complete this step AFTER 14 WORKING days has elapsed since the goods were delivered to you or a nominated third party; after this time, goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty; if you believe your goods are faulty please refer to the guidance under 'Damages & Goods Not Fit for Purpose' on the 'Right to Cancel & Returns Policy' page which can be found at the bottom of every page under 'Information'.
Once you have completed this step you will see that the order status changes to 'Waiting For Confirmation'; on our next working day a staff member will acknowledge your return and the status will change to 'Awaiting Package' - you are now free to return the parcel!

Please remember to print off the RMA and enclose it with the parcel so we know who the goods have been returned by! If you have no printing facility please enclose a note that clearly states the order number and your name and address. We also include a Returns Address Label with all Orders dispatched - please enter the Return Number generated onto the return label.
We strongly recommend you send your parcel using either 'My Hermes' or 'Royal Mail' Second class as these services offer the best rates; you are not obliged to use either of these services however they do offer the best prices. PLEASE NOTE: boots should be booked at the 2-5kg weight range when using My Hermes.
