Before placing your order please read through our policies which govern the basis upon which the sale is made; if you do not understand any term it is important that you do not proceed without first seeking clarification; Once goods are supplied to you in accordance with your order a contract is made between you (the Consumer) and Fuller Fillies (The Company); that contract is subject to these policies without exception.
Non-Deliveries MUST be reported to us within 4 days of of receiving the delivery alert from the Courier; Alerts will be sent by Text Message or Email dependant upon what you have supplied to us on your account. We regret we cannot process any claims for non-delivery after this time.
Trade customers should refer to our Terms of Business affecting the Wholesale supply of goods; the policies relating to Consumer supply do not concern the relationship between Retail Stockist and The Company.
Our Legwear has a high Lycra/Spandex content; as such Fabric Conditioner should not be used as it compromises the stretch of the fibres which could ultimately lead to degradation of the fabric; we will not accept any claim arising from such use.
